- Salt1 teaspoon
- Organic Dry Yeast2 tablespoon
- Beat until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass. Remove the dough from the food processor, place it on a floured bench and form a ball. Sprinkle a little more flour on top, cover with plastic and let it rest for 30 minutes. If desired, make two balls of dough for smaller pizzas. Open the dough ball with the help of a rolling pin and place it on a baking sheet. Spread sauce and topping of your choice. Bake in the oven at 225º until the dough is golden around the edges.
