  • Seasoned diced chicken breast (ready)300 g
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Egg white1 unit(s)
  • Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream200 g
  • cherry tomato4 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese40 g
  • Corn starch1 coffee spoon
  • Whole wheat flour200 g
  • Cold butter100 g
  • Water40 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Basil Leaves to taste
  1. Dough: Preheat the oven to 180°C 1.1- With your fingertips, mix the flour, butter and salt. 1.2- When you get a wet farofa, add the yolk and mix with your fingertips. Then add water and mix. 1.3- Forre a 18/20cm roast with the dough, make some holes in the bottom with the graph. Bake the dough by itself for 8 minutes at 180°C. Reserve.
  2. Stuffing: With the help of a mixer, mix the cream, eggs and starch until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. 2.1- Pour the mixture into the form where the dough is, and add the chicken, cherry tomatoes and Parmesan cheese to decorate. 2.2- Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. When it comes out of the oven, add the basil leaves.
  3. Serve while still hot.
