- Seasoned diced chicken breast (ready)300 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Egg white1 unit(s)
- Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
- Sour cream200 g
- cherry tomato4 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese40 g
- Corn starch1 coffee spoon
- Whole wheat flour200 g
- Cold butter100 g
- Water40 ml
- Salt to taste
- Basil Leaves to taste
- Dough: Preheat the oven to 180°C 1.1- With your fingertips, mix the flour, butter and salt. 1.2- When you get a wet farofa, add the yolk and mix with your fingertips. Then add water and mix. 1.3- Forre a 18/20cm roast with the dough, make some holes in the bottom with the graph. Bake the dough by itself for 8 minutes at 180°C. Reserve.
- Stuffing: With the help of a mixer, mix the cream, eggs and starch until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. 2.1- Pour the mixture into the form where the dough is, and add the chicken, cherry tomatoes and Parmesan cheese to decorate. 2.2- Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. When it comes out of the oven, add the basil leaves.
- Serve while still hot.
