- natural yogurt170 g
- eggs2 unit(s)
- salt and pepper0 to taste
- cheese for gratin0 to taste
- Sauté the onion, grated carrot and stalks together with the oil, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. When they are very soft, set aside.
- Beat the eggs until they double in size and mix in the yogurt, sauteed vegetables, salt and pepper.
- Bake in a roasting pan greased with olive oil and cornmeal, at medium temperature until the dough is firm and the top layer is golden.
