- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Oat flour2 tablespoon
- Skimmed milk4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Edu Guedes and oregano to taste
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Tuna in oil1/2 can(s)
- Ricotta Cream2 tablespoon
- Coriander to taste
- Prepare a paste with tuna, ricotta and cilantro. Reserve
- In a bowl beat the eggs (remove the film)
- Add the other ingredients, except the yeast.
- After obtaining a homogeneous mass, add the yeast.
- Grease a 210ml ramekin with olive oil and pour half of the dough
- Put the reserved stuffing and cover with the rest of the dough, put oregano.
- Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes.
