- Recipe
- Chicken eggs3 unit(s)
- cow's milk1 cup
- soybean oil1/2 cup
- wheat flour1 cup
- wheat flour1/2 cup
- beef broth1 unit(s)
- grated cheese (optional)3 tablespoon
- Salt if needed1 to taste
- Grated tuna (I use the natural one but it can be with oil2 can(s)
- corn1/2 can(s)
- pea1/2 can(s)
- small chopped onion1 unit(s)
- small chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- green smell1 to taste
- oregano1 to taste
- Chemical Baking Powder1 teaspoon
- Pasta: In the blender first place the eggs, milk, oil and beef broth, beat well, when it is well mixed, add the wheat little by little and then the grated cheese. Finally I add the yeast and just mix without overbeating.
- Filling: I've made it with chicken, sausage, cheese and ham, pepperoni with onions, sardines and they're all wonderful. Today's was tuna. TIP: I usually use 1 can of those that already come with corn and peas mixed together It's quite simple Just put everything in a bowl and mix... easier than that impossible lol. I didn't have cheese, but if you like it, it's good too.
- Filling and dough ready, just take a medium-sized shape. Put half of the dough, the stuffing and cover with the other half. If you prefer, you can put all the dough and stuffing on top, but here at home, people prefer the stuffing in the middle. Bake in a preheated oven at 180/200 degrees until golden. I don't like white pasta, so I leave it very golden (not burnt).
