  • Tapioca1 tablespoon
  • Quinoa flakes1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a bowl use a fork and beat the egg with the salt
  2. Add the quinoa and blend until smooth.
  3. Add tapioca and blend until smooth.
  4. Heat a frying pan greased with olive oil or butter and spread the mixture so that it is evenly distributed and leave for 1 minute.
  5. Turn the paqueca and leave another minute. If you want to fill the moment, this is it.
  6. Stuffing suggestions: Mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, fried garlic and oregano Mozzarella, shredded chicken and corn
  7. Note: when mixing the dough, you can add grated cheese or sesame
