Boiled and mashed sweet potato500 g
Margarine1 tablespoon
Egg1 unit(s)
Salt1 coffee spoon
Stuffing: beef chuck or ground duckling500 g
Salt to taste1 coffee spoon
Crushed or chopped garlic2 to taste
Tomato and Onion1 unit(s)
Pepper1/2 unit(s)
Tomato Extract1 tablespoon
Mayonnaise1 tablespoon
Parmesan cheese1 tablespoon

Dough preparation method: - Add the boiled and mashed potatoes, the egg, the margarine and the salt. -Mix everything and put half of this dough on a greased tray with olive oil and book.
Preparation of the filling: -Mix all the ingredients to the meat and take it to the fire. - Once cooked (15min) turn off the heat.
Mounting: - On the board already with half the dough, add the stuffing and cover with the rest of the dough. - brush with a spoon of mayonnaise and sprinkle Parmesan cheese to taste.
Bake in the oven until golden
