Sweet potato pie with sausage

Receita da massa:
3 ovos;
2 colheres de sopa de creme de leite;
2 colheres de sopa de manteiga;
1 xícara de polvilho azedo;
100 g de queijo muçarela ralado;
300 g de batata doce cozida 
1 colher de chá de sal;
Modo de preparo:
Bata tudo no liquidificador e por último acrescente o polvilho azedo misturando muito bem. Unte a forma com manteiga e espalhe a massa até ficar uniforme no refratário.
Para o recheio:
150 g de linguiça calabresa ralada;
100 g de muçarela ralada;
Espalhe por cima da massa o recheio e leve ao forno por 25 minutos.

Pasta recipe:
3 eggs;
2 tablespoons of sour cream;
2 tablespoons of butter;
1 cup of sour flour;
100 g of grated mozzarella cheese;
300 g boiled sweet potato
1 teaspoon of salt;
Preparation mode:
Beat everything in the blender and finally add the sour sprinkle mixing very well. Grease the mold with butter and spread the dough until uniform in the refractory.
For the filling:
150 g of grated pepperoni sausage;
100 g of grated mozzarella;
Spread the filling over the dough and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
