Baroa potato800 g
English Potato200 g
Spinach - bunch1 unit(s)
Melted butter1 tablespoon
Garlic - clove2 unit(s)
Cream cheese3 tablespoon
Ricotta250 g
Mozzarella - to cover to taste
Provolone - to cover to taste
Salt to taste
Nutmeg to taste
Black pepper to taste

In a pan, place the peeled and chopped potatoes, add water and cook until soft.
In another pan, melt the butter and brown the garlic. Add the spinach gradually, sauté for a few minutes until the leaves wither, season with black pepper. Reserve.
In a food processor, place the ricotta, salt, nutmeg, cottage cheese and sauteed spinach, along with the garlic. Process until you get a cream. Reserve.
When the potatoes are cooked, make a puree using the processor, to facilitate processing, add a little of the water from the cooking of the potatoes. Adjust the salt.
In a refractory place: a layer of mashed potatoes, the cream of ricotta with spinach and cover with another layer of mashed. Finish with the cheeses and bake in the oven for a few minutes.
Tip: You can change the stuffing and use shredded chicken or ground beef.
