Unsalted margarine6 tablespoon
Chocolate3/4 cup
Chocolate Powder1/2 cup
Wheat Flour1.1/4 cup
Sugar2 cup
Eggs4 unit(s)
Pinch of salt to taste
Vanilla essence or extract1 teaspoon
Chopped semisweet chocolate bar1 unit(s)
Chopped walnuts or granulated cashew nuts1/2 cup

Mix eggs and sugar.
Then add all the other ingredients until you form a uniform cream.
Pour into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in the oven for 40 minutes.
The brownie will be ready when the top is lightly browned and, when you stick a toothpick, it is slightly damp (due to the melted chocolate).
Cut into squares while still hot and serve with a scoop of cream ice cream, or freeze in a freezer bag.
To defrost, place the brownie on a dessert plate and heat in the microwave, high power, for 1 minute.
