  • CAKE to taste
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • cup of milk1 cup
  • chocolate powder1 cup
  • yeast1 tablespoon
  • 1/2 cup (tea) oil1 cup
  • sugar1 cup
  • wheat flour2 cup
  • grated coconut to taste to taste
  • Filling to taste
  • 1 can of condensed milk1 can(s)
  • grated coconut100 g
  • 1 tablespoon margarine1 tablespoon
  • Topping to taste
  • margarine3 tablespoon
  • chocolate powder2 tablespoon
  • 2 cups of milk2 cup
  1. CAKE
  2. Blend the eggs, oil and milk in a blender for 3 minutes and set aside.
  3. In a container, mix the sugar, wheat, yeast, chocolate and grated coconut to taste.
  4. Pour over the blender mixture and stir until the dough is consistent.
  5. Pour the dough into a greased pan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until a fork comes out clean when inserted.
  6. Let cool, cut in half and set aside.
  7. Filling
  8. In a pan, heat the condensed milk, margarine and grated coconut until it no longer sticks to the bottom and fill the cake.
  9. Roof
  10. Heat the margarine, sugar, chocolate powder and milk until it reaches a firm consistency and cover the cake.
  11. NOTE: MAKE THE CAKE IN MILK, AND NECESSARY YOU CAN THICKEN THE TOPPING WITH CORN STARCH.
  12. Refrigerate for approximately 45 minutes
