- Dried Herb Seasoning1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Corn starch1/2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Pepperoni150 g
- Corn1 can(s)
- Pea1 can(s)
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Chopped Mozzarella150 g
- Chopped Olives100 g
- Green Smell to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Place the eggs and oil in a bowl and mix well.
- Then add the salt and dry seasoning and mix very well.
- Add the cornstarch and wheat flour alternating with the milk, mix until completely incorporated.
- After well mixed, place half of each item of stuffing: the already fried minced pepperoni, the corn, the pea, the tomato, the chopped mozzarella and the chopped olives.
- Mix well with the dough and add the chemical baking powder. Stir gently.
- Place in a greased and floured form. And add the rest of the stuffing on top. Sprinkle green smell and oregano.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180' for approximately 35 minutes.
