- ½ cup margarine0 cup
- Milk700 ml
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Vanilla essence2 dessert spoon
- Corn starch3 tablespoon
- Sifted gems2 unit(s)
- Strawberry Box1 unit(s)
- Strawberry Jelly1 unit(s)
- Dough: Pass the cookies through the processor until they form a fine crumb and place in a bowl and mix the margarine until it forms a smooth dough.
- Line a removable rim pan, bake for about 15 minutes and set aside.
- Filling: Bring the milk, condensed milk, vanilla essence, corn starch and sifted yolks to a boil.
- Mix well, stir until it forms a cream, let it cool down.
- Place the cream in the mold on top of the already baked dough.
- Wash the strawberries well and cut into slices lengthwise.
- Arrange over the cream, set aside.
- Make the gelatin with 250 ml of water, let it freeze until it becomes thick, which still drips from the spoon and slowly put it on top of the strawberries.
- Place in the fridge to finish hardening.
- Unmold and just enjoy. Good dessert!
