Potatoes2 unit(s)
Bacon50 g
Salt, Green Scent, Olive Oil and Oregano to taste

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices, cut the onion and bacon into cubes, set aside. In a bowl put the eggs, salt and oregano and bster well.
In a frying pan, put a thread of oil to heat and brown the potatoes and set aside. In the same skillet, brown the bacon and onion.
As soon as the bacon and onions are ready, lower the heat, put the potatoes and beaten eggs in the skillet. Close the pan with a lid and let it cook.
Then flip the tortilla to cook the other side as well. After it's ready, put a little green smell to serve.
