  • Mozzarella to taste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Butter to taste
  • Eggs5 unit(s)
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into medium slices and bring to the boil. Keep an eye out because they need to be cooked, but firm.
  2. Cut the pepperoni into thin slices and brown them with the onion.
  3. Beat the eggs with a fork or fouet and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grease a skillet with butter, add the already cooked potatoes, the sausage arranged on top, the cheese and lastly the beaten eggs.
  5. Leave on low heat, cover and cook for about 8 minutes.
  6. With the help of a large plate, turn the tortilla over and place the side facing up in the skillet. Let it cook and brown until it is fully cooked and golden.
