  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Pickled frozen vegetables300 g
  • Wheat flour1 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Skimmed milk500 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Chopped Mozzarella1 cup
  • Grated Parmesan to taste
  1. In a pan, melt the butter and add the wheat flour, stirring immediately with fouet until lightly golden.
  2. Add the milk and stir well.
  3. Add the yolks and continue to stir until cooked through (about 10 minutes.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg! Reserve.
  5. Whip the egg whites. Reserve.
  6. Mix the vegetables (already thawed and without excess water) with the white sauce, add the cheese and gradually incorporating the snow whites.
  7. Place in a refractory or ramekin, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until golden.
