  • Dough: Wheat Flour1 cup
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Butter4 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Vanilla essence1 dessert spoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Chopped peanuts to taste
  • Caramel: Sugar1/2 cup
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Vanilla essence1 dessert spoon
  • Condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Chocolate Layer: Chocolate Bar2 unit(s)
  1. In a bowl, mix all the dough ingredients until smooth.
  2. In a pan lined with parchment paper, spread the dough, pierce all the dough with the tip of the fork and take it to the Airfryer at 180° for 20 minutes.
  3. Caramel: Melt the sugar until it is the color of guarana and then add the other ingredients. Stir well until it becomes a creamy caramel and unglued from the pan.
  4. Bunch of chocolate: Melt the 2 chocolate bars in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
  5. With the pie dough already baked, cover with the caramel and finish with the melted chocolate.
  6. Take it to the fridge for 30 minutes, after removing and cutting the pieces, so the chocolate won't be too hard, and it won't break when cutting.
