  • Milk1 cup
  • Oil or olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Cheese1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
  • Sausages2 unit(s)
  • Pepper1 pint
  • Tomato1 pint
  • Onion1 pint
  • Corn2 tablespoon
  • Pea2 tablespoon
  • Coriander or parsley or chives to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Filling: Cut the sausages into cubes, the pepper, the tomato and the onion. I put everything in a bowl and add green corn, peas, coriander, black pepper, mix everything and set aside.
  2. Pasta: In the blender, beat the egg, milk, olive oil, margarine, cheese, wheat flour and salt. Beat for a minute and add the yeast, beat just to mix.
  3. In a baking dish that fits in your Airfryer greased with margarine and wheat flour, pour half of the dough, add the stuffing and cover with the rest of the dough.
  4. Program the Airfryer for 30 minutes at 180°
  5. Stick with a toothpick or do it after 30 minutes. If it comes out clean, it's ready. Wait to cool down, unmold and serve.
