  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Yeast1 teaspoon
  • Sardine1 can(s)
  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Olives to taste
  1. For the dough, beat the oil, eggs, milk, wheat flour, grated Parmesan cheese, yeast and salt in a blender until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  2. Grease the mold with butter and wheat, and preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In the pan, add half of the dough, the stuffing: the sardines, the green corn and the olives (to taste) and cover with the rest of the dough.
  3. Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes (when you see that the dough is golden around the edges, it will probably be good) prick with a toothpick to see if the dough is baked.
