  • Wheat flour750 g
  • Organic Dry Yeast10 g
  • Sugar1 teaspoon
  • Warm water2 cup
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Oil1 cup
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Parmesan cheese150 g
  • Onion strips1 unit(s)
  • Garlic3 to taste
  • Sardine2 can(s)
  • Peeled Tomato2 can(s)
  • Tomato Extract1 tablespoon
  • Parmesan cheese150 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Thyme (optional) to taste
  1. Dough: in a bowl, put the flour and make a hole in the middle, put the yeast, sugar and water in the hole and mix these ingredients in that hole.
  2. Add the eggs and oil and mix in the hole again.
  3. Sprinkle salt around the edge of the flour.
  4. Now mix everything together, until the dough is homogeneous.
  5. Add the Parmesan cheese and incorporate the dough.
  6. Let it rest for 30/40 min. ☘️ While the dough "rests", it's time to make the sauce...
  7. Sauce: in olive oil to taste, sauté the onion.
  8. Add the garlic. saute
  9. Add the sardines, the peeled tomato, the extract and let the sauce reduce and refine.
  10. Adjust the salt to taste and add the thyme.
  11. Let it all come together and you're done.
  12. Assembly: grease a mold with oil or olive oil.
  13. Place the dough and with your fingers, pierce the dough, for the sauce to enter.
  14. Put the sauce.
  15. Pierce the dough vertically with a knife to allow the sauce to penetrate.
  16. If you want (like me), put black olives and oregano on top.
  17. 🔺 Take it to the oven preheated to 180°, for approximately 40 min.
