- Wheat flour3 cup
- Salt1 to taste
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise for the dough3 dessert spoon
- Diced Carrots1 unit(s)
- Preparation mode In a container, add the chicken, corn and peas, carrots and cilantro and mix well. Add mayonnaise, cheese and mix again and set aside. In the blender, put the milk, egg, mayonnaise and beat for 3 minutes.
- Gradually add the flour and salt in the blender, beat until it becomes a homogeneous and creamy mass and to finish add the yeast and mix well. Grease a pan and add half of the blender mixture to the pan, then add the stuffing and cover with the rest of the dough. Preheat the oven to 180°c on average, let it bake for 40 minutes then serve.
