- chickpea flour1 cup
- oat flour11/2 cup
- olive oil1/3 cup
- salt to taste
- turmeric to taste
- water1/3 cup
- soft tofu500 g
- olive oil1/4 cup
- water3/4 cup
- onion1 unit(s)
- garlic3 unit(s)
- salt to taste
- sour starch1 tablespoon
- in a bowl, mix well the chickpea flour, oatmeal, salt, turmeric, 1/3 cup of olive oil
- then add the water little by little until it forms a moldable dough.
- take the dough to a shape, mold, make holes in the dough with the help of a fork and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes
- In the meantime, make the filling
- in a blender, beat well the tofu, olive oil, water, salt and sprinkle
- in a pan, fry the onion and garlic well in olive oil and, finally, add the cream made in the blender to the pan
- mix well until it thickens
- pour the sauce over the dough and put it in the oven for another 20 minutes.
- wait for it to cool and it's ready
