  • chickpea flour1 cup
  • oat flour11/2 cup
  • olive oil1/3 cup
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric to taste
  • water1/3 cup
  • soft tofu500 g
  • olive oil1/4 cup
  • water3/4 cup
  • onion1 unit(s)
  • garlic3 unit(s)
  • salt to taste
  • sour starch1 tablespoon
  1. in a bowl, mix well the chickpea flour, oatmeal, salt, turmeric, 1/3 cup of olive oil
  2. then add the water little by little until it forms a moldable dough.
  3. take the dough to a shape, mold, make holes in the dough with the help of a fork and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes
  4. In the meantime, make the filling
  5. in a blender, beat well the tofu, olive oil, water, salt and sprinkle
  6. in a pan, fry the onion and garlic well in olive oil and, finally, add the cream made in the blender to the pan
  7. mix well until it thickens
  8. pour the sauce over the dough and put it in the oven for another 20 minutes.
  9. wait for it to cool and it's ready
