  • Corn Starch1 tablespoon
  • Straw Potato Package1 unit(s)
  • garlic cloves3 unit(s)
  • Chopped green onion and white onion to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Prepared Tomato Sauce114 g
  • Chopped Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese7 tablespoon
  1. Cook the chicken breast.
  2. Shred the chicken and then sauté it with garlic, green and white onions, salt to taste, black pepper, chopped tomatoes, peas, 1/2 of a can of corn, 1/2 can of ready-made tomato sauce.
  3. In an oval refractory, place the braised shredded chicken.
  4. In the blender, beat the milk, cottage cheese, the rest of the corn (1/2 can), cream, cornstarch, 1 pinch of salt and grated parmesan cheese.
  5. Pour over the finished chicken, allowing this mixture to reach the bottom of the refractory as well.
  6. Take to the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for 30 minutes on average or until the cream is slightly brown.
  7. Remove and cover with straw potato.
  8. In the microwave bake at high power for 20 minutes on average.
