- Cook the chicken breast.
- Shred the chicken and then sauté it with garlic, green and white onions, salt to taste, black pepper, chopped tomatoes, peas, 1/2 of a can of corn, 1/2 can of ready-made tomato sauce.
- In an oval refractory, place the braised shredded chicken.
- In the blender, beat the milk, cottage cheese, the rest of the corn (1/2 can), cream, cornstarch, 1 pinch of salt and grated parmesan cheese.
- Pour over the finished chicken, allowing this mixture to reach the bottom of the refractory as well.
- Take to the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for 30 minutes on average or until the cream is slightly brown.
- Remove and cover with straw potato.
- In the microwave bake at high power for 20 minutes on average.
