- Wheat flour8 tablespoon
- Grated cheese2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Mix the flour, starch, grated cheese and margarine until it forms crumbs and the dough is moist.
- Add the water little by little, to bind the dough. Mix everything very well.
- Open in boat molds. The thickness will depend on what you prefer, if you can make a boat shape by hand, that's fine too.
- Place in preheated oven to bake until golden.
- Uninform and put the stuffing of your choice. Salpicão goes very well with this pasta.
