  • Salt to taste
  • Spinach1/4 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese30 g
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Pass the spinach leaves in the skillet with a thread of olive oil and salt, just to wither the leaves.
  2. Peel and grate the potato. Squeeze well with a dish towel to remove excess liquid. Season with salt.
  3. Heat a frying pan with olive oil and place half of the grated potato.
  4. Place the spinach in the center and the cheese on top. Cover with the rest of the potato.
  5. As soon as the underside is browned, turn it over. You may need to transfer to a plate and back to the skillet to switch sides.
  6. Once golden, it will be ready!!!
