For the dough: Eggs5 unit(s)
Milk2 cup
Grated Parmesan50 g
Oil1/2 cup
wheat flour2.1/2 cup
Salt1 to taste
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Stuffing: diced or grated ham200 g
Diced or grated mozzarella300 g
Chopped tomato2 unit(s)
Chopped green smell1 to taste
Chopped Pitted Olive Oil100 g

Preheat the oven to 180º. Grease a medium rectangular baking dish and flour it. Reserve.
Mix the filling ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Place the eggs, oil, milk, grated Parmesan, wheat flour, salt and baking powder in the blender jar.
Beat until it forms a homogeneous mass. Transfer 2/3 of the dough to the roast, cover with the stuffing and place the rest of the dough on top.
Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes or until golden on top.
Remove from the oven and serve after cooling.
