Cottage cheese4 tablespoon
Mozzarella or grated cheese1 cup
Salt and spices to taste

Place the pastel doughs in a form suitable for cup cake or in molds for empada.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, mix the curd and seasonings.
Add 4 spoons of this mixture on each soft pastel, finish with the cheese.
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. To check if it's done, insert a toothpick in the center of the tortilla, it should come out clean. And just serve as a snack or snack.
