Seasoned Farofa (Yoki option) quantity may vary200 g

In a pan, sauté the bacon until golden.
While the bacon is sautéing, add the smoked sausage and sauté along with the bacon.
Meanwhile, in another pan, sauté the garlic and onion until golden, turn off the heat and set aside.
Bacon and smoked sausage very golden, add the garlic and onion already sautéed, the two grated carrots and let it sauté for another 00:03 minutes.
Turn off the heat, add the ready-made farofa (I used around 200 grams for this recipe), the eggs, the green smell and a spoon of margarine.
Stir well and our delicious FAST FAROFA is ready, with any meal!
