  • Wheat Flour1 cup
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Egg Yolks2 unit(s)
  • Whole Egg1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Spinach1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Crushed Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Green Smell3 tablespoon
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Sour Cream1 unit(s)
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
  • Grated Mozzarella50 g
  1. In a container, mix the wheat flour, parmesan, eggs, salt, butter and mix well until the dough forms; Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Put it in a shape and press well spreading the dough.
  2. In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil; Add the spinach cut into strips, salt, and chopped parsley. Put the filling in the form along with the dough. In a container, mix the cream, egg, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and mix well.
  3. Add the mixture on top of the stuffing and take it all to the oven at 180ºC for approximately 30 minutes.
