- Wheat flour250 g
- Margarine125 kg
- Egg1 g
- Water1 teaspoon
- Salt1 to taste

- Cod500 g
- Fresh cream1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Eggs4 g
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Grated or sliced mozzarella300 g
- Pasta: add the wheat flour, margarine, egg, water and salt, mix well until it forms a ball, film it and take it to the fridge for 10 min, then open it in a 20 cm shape and book.
- Beat the eggs, milk and cream in a blender, season with black pepper and salt to taste.
- Unsalt the cod and shred it well, in a pan with oil, brown the onion, garlic and add the peppers, pour into a bowl along with the desalted cod, add a little oil.
- Throw the cod in the reserved pan, spreading it well, then add the cream and the mozzarella on top, take it to the oven for 30 min, always looking to see if the dough is golden and the cream is firm.
