  • Diced Bacon150 g
  • Diced chicken breast150 g
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Frying pan pizza dough4 unit(s)
  • Chopped Green Olives1/4 cup
  • Tomato sauce4 tablespoon
  • Grated cheese1/2 cup
  • Ripe tomato, skinless and seeded in cubes1 unit(s)
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the bacon in its own fat, stirring until golden. Drain on absorbent paper and set aside.
  2. Fry the chicken in the bacon fat, stirring until golden. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange a pasta on a plate and spread 2 tablespoons of the sauce. Top with half the cheese, chicken, bacon, tomato and olive. Cover with the other dough and transfer to a skillet. Allow to brown and carefully slide onto a plate. Flip the other side in the skillet and let it brown.
  4. Cut into 4 pieces and serve. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the ingredients.
