Potato Pie with Ham and Cheese

Descasque e corte as batatas em rodelas. Coloque em uma panela grande e cubra com água. Deixe cozinhar até que fiquem levemente macias. Escorra a água e reserve.

Peel and cut the potatoes into slices. Place in a large pot and cover with water. Let them cook until they are slightly soft. Run the water and book.

Em uma tigela, misture o leite, o creme de leite, o requeijão cremoso, o parmesão ralado e tempere com sal, pimenta e noz moscada (capriche na noz-moscada).

In a bowl, mix the milk, cream, cream cheese, grated Parmesan and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Unte uma travessa com manteiga e coloque uma camada de batata. Regue com um pouco da mistura de leite, cubra com uma camada de presunto, queijo e requeijão forneável. Faça outra camada de batatas, regue novamente com o líquido, e faça outra camada de presunto e queijo.

Unite a platter with butter and place a layer of potato. Drizzle with a little of the milk mixture, cover with a layer of ham, cheese and bakeable curd. Make another layer of potatoes, water again with the liquid, and make another layer of ham and cheese.

Faça camadas até acabarem os ingredientes e termine com uma camada de mussarela.

Make layers until you run out of ingredients and finish with a layer of mozzarella.

Leve ao forno pré aquecido, até dourar!!
