- Ham300 g
- Mozzarella cheese300 g
- Cottage cheese1 can(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Milk2 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Oregano1 to taste
- Peel the potatoes cut into slices and put to cook in a pan with water and salt.
- After the potatoes are cooked, mash the potatoes and make a puree.
- In the puree add 2 tablespoons of butter and stir until the butter melts in the hot puree.
- Then add 2 ml of milk and mix.
- Puree ready, reserve in a refractory.
- On a platter, assemble the pie in layers.
- On the platter add a layer of puree, then add the ham, then the curd, then add the cheese, and so repeat the layers in that order, finishing the cheese on top.
- Finally, add the oregano on top.
- And bake until the cheese melts on top.
- The potato pie is ready for your lunch.
