- Bacon300 g
- Large Potatoes6 unit(s)
- Broccoli1 unit(s)
- Cottage cheese1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Maizena2 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cook the broccoli and potatoes separately. Potatoes need to be al dente. Then cut them into 1-inch thick slices.
- With a drizzle of oil, fry the bacon cubes. Reserve.
- For the white sauce, dissolve the cornstarch in the milk. Reserve. Fry the garlic and onion in margarine. Then add the dissolved milk with the cornstarch, salt and pepper to taste. Stir until thickened. Then add the cream cheese and cream and stir.
- Assemble the potatoes and broccoli already cut in a refractory. Sprinkle the fried bacon and then throw the white cream. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes and it's ready to enjoy.
