Potato cake with cheese

Cozinhe as batatas. 
Enquanto isso,  refogue a carne com alho ,cebola,tomate , pimenta, pimenta do reino, sal e temperos a gosto. 

Cook the potatoes.
Meanwhile, sauté the meat with garlic, onion, tomato, pepper, black pepper, salt and seasonings to taste.

Amasse as batatas ,coloque na panela com margarina , creme de leite ,sal e queijo ralado.  Leve ao fogo por uns 4 minutos. 

Mash the potatoes, place in the pan with margarine, cream, salt and grated cheese. Bring to a boil for about 4 minutes.

Montagem: 
Unte um refratário com margarina, coloque metade do purê de batata coloque a carne moída,  o queijo e cubra com o restante do purê. Pincele uma gema de ovo e jogue um pouco de queijo ralado por cima e leve ao forno pra gratinar.

Mounting:
Grease a refractory with margarine, place half of the mashed potato, place the ground beef, the cheese and cover with the rest of the mashed potatoes. Brush an egg yolk and sprinkle some grated cheese on top and bake in the oven.
