  • Cottage cheese200 g
  • Chopped Spinach100 g
  • Salt and spices to taste
  • Oil or butter and flour for greasing to taste
  • Baking powder1/2 tablespoon
  1. Start by placing the eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and beat well with a fork or fouet. Add the cottage cheese and beat well again.
  2. Place the spinach in the mixture and, before stirring, season with salt and pepper. Stir well and add the yeast stir again.
  3. Transfer to a greased small baking sheet and adjust the spinach gently with a spoon so that it is evenly spread throughout the pie (it tends to concentrate in the middle of the mixture).
  4. Bake at 180° for 40 minutes.
  5. If you want, you can sprinkle grated Parmesan on top of the mixture before it goes in the oven!
