- Mix sausage, onion, carrot and 2 sazon packets.
- Make the dough: beat the eggs, milk, oil, 2 tablespoons of grated cheese, salt, wheat flour, yeast and seasoning in a blender until smooth.
- Transfer half of the dough to a medium, greased and floured baking dish.
- Distribute the filling and cover with the remaining dough.
- Spread the tomato slices over the surface and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Bake at 200° for 40 minutes, and your pie is ready!
