  • Wheat flour500 g
  • Margarine250 g
  • Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
  • Chopped palm heart500 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Olives200 g
  • Coriander50 g
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper1 coffee spoon
  • Seasonings1 to taste
  1. Stuffing-In a pan, sauté the onion, garlic, salt and seasonings, add the hearts of palm, the olives and coriander, leave to cook, set aside.
  2. In a bowl, place the wheat flour and margarine and mix until you get a smooth dough that doesn't stick anymore.
  3. take a little more than half of the dough, open it in a roast of your preference, place the braised heart of palm and cover with the rest of the dough.
  4. brush the egg yolk on top of the pie and put it in the oven for about 30 minutes.
