- Margarine250 g
- Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
- Chopped palm heart500 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Olives200 g
- Coriander50 g
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Black pepper1 coffee spoon
- Seasonings1 to taste
- Stuffing-In a pan, sauté the onion, garlic, salt and seasonings, add the hearts of palm, the olives and coriander, leave to cook, set aside.
- In a bowl, place the wheat flour and margarine and mix until you get a smooth dough that doesn't stick anymore.
- take a little more than half of the dough, open it in a roast of your preference, place the braised heart of palm and cover with the rest of the dough.
