- Boiled egg4 unit(s)
- Chopped green olives1 cup
- Diced provolone cheese1 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Soybean oil1/2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste
- In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, salt, wheat flour and baking powder until smooth and set aside.
- Make the stuffing: clean the sardines by removing the bones and skin
- Cut the sardines into pieces
- Cut the boiled eggs into squares
- In a bowl mix the sardines with the hard-boiled eggs, the chopped green olives, the cubes of provolone, season with oregano to taste and set aside
- Unite a rectangular shape with little butter and flour
- Place half of the beaten dough in the blender in the greased pan.
- Add the stuffing and spread evenly over the dough.
- Finally cover with the rest of the dough and sprinkle grated parmesan on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Wait for it to cool and cut it into pieces
- Serve then 😉
- Great snack or dinner option 😉
