  • Can of sardines2 unit(s)
  • Boiled egg4 unit(s)
  • Chopped green olives1 cup
  • Diced provolone cheese1 cup
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Soybean oil1/2 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Wheat Flour2 cup
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  • Oregano to taste
  1. In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, salt, wheat flour and baking powder until smooth and set aside.
  2. Make the stuffing: clean the sardines by removing the bones and skin
  3. Cut the sardines into pieces
  4. Cut the boiled eggs into squares
  5. In a bowl mix the sardines with the hard-boiled eggs, the chopped green olives, the cubes of provolone, season with oregano to taste and set aside
  6. Unite a rectangular shape with little butter and flour
  7. Place half of the beaten dough in the blender in the greased pan.
  8. Add the stuffing and spread evenly over the dough.
  9. Finally cover with the rest of the dough and sprinkle grated parmesan on top.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Wait for it to cool and cut it into pieces
  12. Serve then 😉
  13. Great snack or dinner option 😉
