- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- In a container, add the wheat flour, vegetable fat, egg yolks, sugar and a pinch of salt, stir everything very well and if necessary add more flour to the dough, add the cold water and continue kneading the dough until make it smooth. In a greased shape with flour, spread the dough leaving it in a thinner thickness, take it to the fridge and let it rest for 20 minutes. After that, pierce the dough with a fork and put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
- For the filling: In a pan put the lemon juice, the grated pears, the ginger, the cloves, the cinnamon and a little sugar, stir everything and let it cook for about 5 minutes. dissolve the colorless gelatin in a water bath. In the dough, distribute the pear filling and decorate with a few pieces if you prefer, spread the colorless gelatin all over the filling and take it to the fridge for another 20 minutes.
