Xylitol1 cup
Salt1 coffee spoon
Crushed peanuts2 cup
Whole Roasted Peanuts1/2 cup
Baking powder10 g
Topping: peanut butter (very creamy)1 cup
Topping: crushed peanut1 cup

Beat the eggs, xylitol and salt in a blender for 30 seconds.
Add 2 cups of crushed peanuts and beat for another 1 minute
In a bowl, place the beaten liquid and add the whole peanut and the yeast, stirring slowly with a spatula.
Grease the baking dish with coconut oil and place the dough in a preheated oven at 180° for 35 minutes.
Cover the cake with the peanut butter and finish with the crushed peanuts.
