  • Wheat flour11/3 cup
  • Cold margarine, cut into cubes4 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Cold water5 tablespoon
  • Olive oil for frying stuffing1 tablespoon
  • Palm Heart (glass)1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Chopped green smell1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Chopped green or black olives6 unit(s)
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  1. In a container mix the wheat flour, the 3 tablespoons of margarine until it forms a crumb.
  2. Add the oil, water and salt. Mix until you form a smooth and homogeneous mass.
  3. Wrap in cling film and put in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  4. For the stuffing, sauté the onion in olive oil, add the hearts of palm, salt, pepper, parsley and the olives and stir until well incorporated and the hearts of palm begin to dissolve and set aside. After it cools 100%, mix this stuffing with the two eggs and set it aside.
  5. In a shape with a removable bottom of 25 cm in diameter, line the bottom and side of the shape with the dough, insert the cold stuffing and take it to the oven for 40 min. At 160 degrees.
