kibbeh flour, hot water, ground beef, mozzarella cheese, chopped tomatoes, a chopped onion, salt, black pepper, mint leaves, olive oil250 g
Kibbeh flour600 ml
Hot water500 g
Ground beef350 g
Mozzarella200 kg
Cottage cheese2 unit(s)
Tomatoes2 tablespoon
Chopped Mint1 unit(s)

Soak the wheat in hot water for approximately 1 hour. Then, drain the water and to make it dry, place the wheat on a clean dish towel and wring it out until dry.
Season the meat with the ingredients above (except the cheese, cottage cheese and olive oil. Then mix the kibbeh.
Grease a medium platter with olive oil, place a layer of this dough then fill with the mozzarella and the curd cover with the rest of the dough and finish by brushing olive oil.
