- Kibbeh flour600 ml
- Hot water500 g
- Ground beef350 g
- Mozzarella200 kg
- Cottage cheese2 unit(s)
- Tomatoes2 tablespoon
- Chopped Mint1 unit(s)
- Soak the wheat in hot water for approximately 1 hour. Then, drain the water and to make it dry, place the wheat on a clean dish towel and wring it out until dry.
- Season the meat with the ingredients above (except the cheese, cottage cheese and olive oil. Then mix the kibbeh.
- Grease a medium platter with olive oil, place a layer of this dough then fill with the mozzarella and the curd cover with the rest of the dough and finish by brushing olive oil.
