- Oregano to taste
- Minced Fried Bacon to taste
- Beat the eggs add the salt. Reserve. Pre-cook the potatoes in slices and put them in a container that can go in the oven, cut the onion into slices and place on top of the potatoes, and cut the tomatoes into slices and place on top of the onion. Finally, pour the beaten egg on top... Sprinkle with oregano and bacon... Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until the omelet is ready.
