- Kibbeh flour150 g
- Chopped Mint1/2 cup
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Cup of cottage cheese400 g
- Juice of one lemon1 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Olive oil1 to taste
- In a container, place the flour you want to soak in warm water for approximately 20 minutes.
- After that, squeeze the kibe flour to get out all the water
- Mix the ground beef with the kibbeh wheat, the chopped onion, the mint, the salt, the black pepper, the garlic and the lemon
- Place in a refractory half of the ground beef spread out well put the curd and cover with the rest of the ground beef
- With a knife make some cuts in the kibe
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 50 minutes until golden and serve.
