  • Kibbeh flour150 g
  • Chopped Mint1/2 cup
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Cup of cottage cheese400 g
  • Juice of one lemon1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Olive oil1 to taste
  1. In a container, place the flour you want to soak in warm water for approximately 20 minutes.
  2. After that, squeeze the kibe flour to get out all the water
  3. Mix the ground beef with the kibbeh wheat, the chopped onion, the mint, the salt, the black pepper, the garlic and the lemon
  4. Place in a refractory half of the ground beef spread out well put the curd and cover with the rest of the ground beef
  5. With a knife make some cuts in the kibe
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 50 minutes until golden and serve.
