- 1 Pack of wheat for kibbeh500 g
- Ground beef600 g
- Carrot2 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Fresh parsley and chives and mint red peppers, leeks to taste
- Garlic and salt to taste
- Olive10 unit(s)
- Hydrate the kibbeh in boiling water (enough to cover the wheat and leave some leftovers). Let it soak for about 1 to 2 hours.
- Chop the tomato, leek, parsley and chives and grate the carrot. Reserve
- Mix the already hydrated wheat with the other ingredients and stir well.
- Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes in a medium oven at 180°C.
